I went ahead and uninstalled my photoshop just to double check my patch exe.
kill your internet connection first
Now that is uninstalled lets begin.
1. download my files (for this install, i used first posted patch file download)
2. now extract my files.
3. once extracted you should have a folder containing a .7z file and lsi exe. hit the lsi exe to start extracting the photoshop files. remember where you extracted them to.
4. find the extracted photoshop files and run setup.exe
5. now installation of photoshop will start. choose trial version when prompt
6. once installed, copy and paste the patch exe into photoshop directory. (where you installed photoshop to ex. c/program folders/photoshop
7. once the patch is in folder, hit the patch exe (runme823.exe)
8. make a short cut of photoshop exe to desktop once patching is done and run photoshop. hit help and about photosop and you will see no more trial message.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE WINDOWS?
1. Install the operating system. No CD-key needed.
2. Setup internet connection.
3. Go to system properties and click activate windows now as shown in image.
4. The windows will be activated automatically. Thats it!
Note: Start a fresh installation from the BIOS and install it in a separate partition. Dont upgrade the windows from your previous one. Format the selected drive for installation before proceeding the other steps.
